Dolphin Watching
“First there was a silvery ripple, breaking the cut-glass surface of the smooth, blue sea - and then the silky contour of a dolphin's back skimming the water” (Clarissa Satchell)
The sight of dolphins breaking the surface in the morning sunlight, is a sight you will treasure forever.
Every morning we organize boat trips to go and observe the many pods of dolphins living around the coast of Muscat. The most commonly sighted are the Common, Spinner, Bottlenose and Indo-Pacific Humpback dolphins.
Around 95% of our trips see dolphins, often in their hundreds. So if it is your dream to see dolphins, we can help make your dream come true.
Trips last approximately 2 hours and depart from the Capital Area Yacht Club. (to book)
Whale Watching
There are as many as 22 species of whales that pass through the waters off the coastline of Oman, usually between December till February. Sperm Whales, Humpback Whales and even Orca often spotted by our boats during the migration season.
